Swimbaits are one of the most consistent and effective baits on the fishing scene today. The primary reason that they consistently produce bass is their resemblance to the look and action of a real baitfish, but their versatility is another reason for their success. They can be fished weightless, Texas rigged or on a swimbait hook. Regardless of how you rig them, it’s a bait that no bass fisherman should be without.
Today, I’m trying out a Mister Twister’s new swimbait called the SwimSation. The folks over at Mister Twister have taken their SinSation worm and modified it with a swimbait tail. The action is spot on and the results were pretty much instantaneous.
